Pectinase is a multi-enzyme enzyme preparation developed and produced by our company. It contains polygalacturonase, cellulase, hemicellulase, acid amylase and other enzymes, which can effectively decompose pectin in fruit juice. , cellulose, hemicellulose, starch, etc. are monosaccharides or oligosaccharides, which can reduce the viscosity of the juice and improve the clarity while improving the nutritional value.

Features:

1. Food-grade refined enzyme preparations can be widely used in juice production to improve filtration speed, increase juice yield, and clarify juice.

2. Reduce juice viscosity, speed up free flow, and reduce post-processing.

3. Effectively degrade soluble and insoluble pectin and polysaccharides that cause turbidity.
